HOW TO BE HEALTHY FOR A LIFETIME

1. Chew each bite of food 32 times
2. Take a multi vitamin each day
3. Take Enzyme as needed each day
4.Drink at least 1 gallon of water each day
5. Have 2 to 3 solid bowel movements each day
6. Relax after meals for 1/2 to help digestion
